Payment & Cancellation

Which credit cards are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.

Are parking and road tolls included in hourly rates?

According to the current booking conditions, car parking and road tolls are not included in hourly rates. Driver gratuity is optional.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation more than 24 hours before the service: 25% of the booking.

Cancellation between 24 and 12 hours before the service: 50% of the booking.

Cancellation less than 12 hours before the service: 100% of the booking.

Where Can I Travel from Barcelona Airport?

Private transfers can be arranged to Barcelona city centre, Barcelona Cruise Port, hotels, offices, private addresses and other destinations in Catalonia.

Journeys to destinations such as Sitges, Girona, Tarragona and selected Costa Brava locations can also be requested, subject to availability and confirmation.
